This is one of the biggest events in someone's life and should be perfect! From proposal to honeymoon - we can be as involved as you need us to be!  

All occasions deserve to be celebrated! This can include birthday parties, retirement parties, baby shower, etc- we can help plan and coordinate any special event you may need help with!

• From every detail of vendors, venue, design, decor, budget, etc- we will guide and offer our experience based on what you want your day to look like (it’s your day- you tell us what YOU want!)
• Create and help maintain budgets for every single detail (big to little to oversight) 
• Design and schedule timeline from rehearsal to exit 
• Coordinate and facilitate rehearsal, ceremony and reception 
• Take care of any behind the scenes to execute a seamless wedding day

• Month to month task list to keep on track with payments, orders, etc
• Negotiate with vendors and assist with contracts
• Manage communication with vendors, including coordinating set up, timeline and pick up as necessary 
• Organize wedding party, family, and friends to relieve bride/groom from unnecessary stressors 
• Open communication via phone and email; in person meetings as schedules allow 
• Collaborate with bride and any others to choose and select decor, in addition to set up and break down 

• Execute day of details for bride and groom
• Manage vendors and direct for set up and breakdown
• Design and schedule timeline from rehearsal to exit
• Coordinate rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
• Advise on wedding customs and etiquette
